Iran Is Making Fools of Everyone

Relax, Mort. Iran is no more making a fool of everyone than any other country is. Stop beating the war drums and can the sabre rattling. You're starting to sound like the same people who pimped the public to go into Iraq. Iran is not a threat. Lobbying for the military complex always is, was and will be. Stop promoting that we demonize every country that holds an opposing view to the new world order and politico-social globalization. Live and let live.

Gun Permits: What The Latest Mass Killings Have In Common

More dead in the last month than in our favorite war zones of choice, Iraq and Afghanistan. Forget about checking your guns at the door. Check out your culture. I don't think the 2nd amendment meant to have anything to do with bearing arms so one can kill their wife and children or innocent bystanders present at the hunt. Yet it appears to be becoming a national pass time lately. 57 dead since March 10. How dope is that? So save the "guns don't kill people" bullshit. They most certainly do.
Making a comparison between guns and sharp objects as many people do, is idiocy that offers nothing to the debate and exposes a terrible gap in someone's cognitive ability.
Knives and sharp objects can not be thrown at practically the speed of sound or with any similar lethal affect or accuracy into a crowd, across a room, down the hall at a dormitory or from a balcony at a mall.
That's exactly what killed the latest 57 gun involved homicide victims in America...well, that and people who were issued official permits for those guns. "Something's happenin' here."

US-European Union Joint Statement On North Korea Missile Launch

This is the height of hypocrisy. All the nations with nuclear capabilities expressing their horror and condemnation over a country who doesn't have nuclear capabilities, attempting to achieve them. On what grounds do they justify this? Self defense? Well, after all, N. Korea never used nuclear weapons on anyone. But we, one of the major obstacles in the way of other countries being able to freely develop their own self determination and means of self defense has certainly done so. The practice of double standards are so thick in the new world order, you can cut em' with a knife.

Ex-Blackwater Workers May Return To Iraq Jobs

If a military or paramilitary operation is sanctioned by the state and authorized to function in an arena of battle, then sure enough that military belongs to the state whether they wear different uniforms and act independently or not. On the other hand,, denying this, then these "contractor's (AKA mercenaries) are simply state sponsored terrorists. Change the languge all you like...reality stays the same.

Cantor: Dems "Overreacting" To The Economic Crisis

The GOP had nothing to say for all those years the system was breaking. Not a single, worth while effort to fix a damned thing. Now that someone is actually trying to fix the economy, these guys have a bunch to say. Still not so much in the area of how to fix things, so much as what's wrong with the plan the guys who want to fix it have come up with. Spoilers and nay sayers, and not much more. Thanks for your input GOP. Now put it in somewhere else.
